What does resilient design for leading look like?

Let’s take a sneak peek at Module 7 of the TALE Academy, which is designed for school leaders. In Module 7, Session 2: Resilient Design for Leading, we explore how the future of education will only be more “VUCA” – volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous. Coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic, school leaders can leverage what they learned to plan for teaching across learning environments in a VUCA world using resilient design for leading. In this approach, leaders design safe and supportive schools that are defined by shared mission, vision, and practices rather than learning modality. In this infographic, we preview the shifts that leaders can make to practice resilient design for leading and mitigate the threats to our students and teachers posed by VUCA.
